LEGACY is a multi award winning all male youth dance company for young men aged 10 - 21, based in Norwich with participants from all over Norfolk & Suffolk.
We train in numerous styles of dance, theatre, fitness and athletic artistry, while working towards high profile local and national performance opportunities throughout the year.
LEGACY = BROTHERHOOD
Alongside weekly training, we also run open workshops, Boys Day of Dance Festivals, Fundays and work with schools to promote positivity surrounding boys dance in education, meaning ALL boys get to experience being part of the Brotherhood with prejudice or stigma.
Many of our older members assist in younger classes which start as little as 4! Giving them the chance to develop into true role models and inspire the next generation of boys. And with an ever growing program (currently at 85 boys and young men - 2024) there are plenty of opportunities to make lifelong friends and gain skills to take forward in life.
Entrance into the Main Company is by annual audition, it is predominantly funded and the programme runs from September to July each year.
(Training sessions are on Saturday afternoons at our studios in Norwich)
Dance experience is not essential but natural ability, a desire to dance and full commitment to sessions and performances is paramount.
